The road to success for an individual athlete or team is full of potential potholes; often unexpected things happen which can lead to an unsuccessful season. Athletes and teams often have the necessary physical skills, but lack strong mental skills. Confidence, internal motivation, distraction resistance, and composure are just some of the concepts addressed in an assessment.   By identifying strengths and weaknesses and creating a plan, athletes and teams can create a smoother road to likely success.
